As a perpetual learner, Dr Sandra Cirel DeLaus tries to model her love of learning to her students. With over twenty-five years of information technology and management experience, Dr. Cirel DeLaus discusses real-world examples to help illustrate concepts encouraging active learning. The concepts of active learning and collaboration are central to her philosophy of teaching. She believes conversation and collaboration are key components of education. Her dissertation was focused on existing and innovative technologies used in education to help promote conversation and collaboration.Dr. Cirel DeLaus enjoys learning with students, spending time with her friends and family, and traveling.
