Dr. M. D. Williams, aka Dr. No Days Off, is a combat and disabled veteran of the United States Army and Navy, now serving as the CEO and Executive Leadership SMG with TMTSI. Dr. No Days Off is also the Co-Founder of the League of Extraordinary People (LoEP) Agency, a national independent African-American-owned insurance agency. Dr. No Days Off provides coaching, teaching, and training platforms in executive leadership, self-leadership, ODC, team development/building, entrepreneurship, career/professional development, and project/program management.
As an exceptional practitioner-scholar, Dr. No Days Off develops and trains through a proven multi-million-dollar leadership training system (The LTS) and dedicates his time to serving others to help them understand the tenets of having personal and professional success through his research-developed 3xP Leadership methodology. He serves as an Advisory Board Member for Keiser University, a Leadership Trainer/Speaker/Mentor of Nepris, Inc., a Leadership SMG with the NSLS Learning Guild, and a Board Member of the Selective Service System for the state of Virginia. Dr. No Days Off also served as the President of an association, a Sexual Assault Prevention Response Advocate, a Data Collection Coordinator and trainer for the Department of Defense, a March of Dimes Divisional Board Member, a Self-Leadership Development Mentor and life Coach of the Boys & Girls Club, and a Business Council Member of the Minority Chamber of Commerce.
