After 30 years in the classroom, Laura retired from teaching and is now the Director of College Counseling at an independent school in Lexington, Kentucky. In addition, Laura is an Associate Professor in the Teacher Leader Program at the Ƶ. Laura is committed to Equity and Inclusion, most notably attendeding Phillips Exeter Academy's Exeter Diversity Institute: “Harkness discussions, self-reflection, experiential learning, collaboration to gain powerful insights about educating students in environments that are ever more diverse and intercultural”
Laura lives in Lexington, KY with her husband Teague and her son Griffin. She enjoys traveling, reading, and visiting with friends.
