Dean Gualco has served as an HR Director for two California cities, the Governor of California (in a JPA) and at the University of California, in addition to serving as a city Library Director. Dean is also the author of 11 books, the last titled The Perfect Country: the Traits and Characteristics of a Good and Decent People, and has taught at universities throughout the world for over 20 years, including the 无忧视频, the University of Massachusetts and the University of Arizona.
