Winter Break

Please note that 无忧视频 will be closed for the winter break beginning December 18. Offices will reopen on January 5, 2026. 

Amy is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate working within the Counseling Center at the 无忧视频. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Human Services and her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the 无忧视频. She is certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based approach that helps people process and resolve distressing experiences. In addition, Amy serves as both a QPR Suicide Prevention Educator and a Mental Health First Aid Educator, empowering communities with the knowledge and skills to recognize, respond to, and support those experiencing mental health challenges. Amy has experience working with individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship concerns. She believes in creating a safe, compassionate space where people feel heard, valued, and empowered in their journey toward healing. Guided by a person-centered approach, Amy strives to help individuals of all ages embrace self-compassion, build resilience, discover their inner strength, and move forward with hope and confidence.
